(Consistent Player Disrespect) Unless in roleplay.[/b] [*][b]Spam in any way, shape, or form is prohibited. (Microphone/Chat/Prop)[/b] [*][b]You cannot use props to assist movements such as Prop Flying or Prop Climbing.[/b] [*][b]If you find any exploits please report it![/b] [*][b]Advertisement is not allowed.[/b] [*][b]A threat that can impose harm to the server is bannable.[/b] [*][b]Random Death Match or RDM is prohibited.[/b] [list] [*][b]Crossfire is not RDM. Unless more than one person is killed.[/b] [*][b]Revenge RDM is not allowed.[/b] [*][b]Car Death-match is prohibited. You must make an attempt to stop, as well as, not swerve/hit someone on the sidewalk.[/b] [/list] [*][b]Random Arrest or RDA is prohibited.[/b] [*][b]Racism is not allowed, even in roleplay. Action will be taken if reported[/b] [*][b]Interfering with a roleplay situation you aren’t supposed to be involved with is prohibited.[/b] [*][b]Scamming is prohibited. (Selling weapons and more)[/b] [*][b]Selling in-game currency is prohibited.[/b] [*][b]NSFW, malware, and a material alike are prohibited.[/b] [*][b]Any attempts in crashing the server are prohibited and will result in a ban.[/b] [*][b]Any type of hack/script is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.[/b] [*][b]Minging is prohibited. Minging is trolling and not roleplaying.[/b] [*][b]Breaking your roleplay job would be considered FailRP and is not tolerated.[/b] [*][b]If you are being pulled over, you may not just get out and kill the cop.[/b] [*][b]Leaving To Avoid Punishment (LTAP) will result in a worse punishment.[/b] [*][b]Out-Of-Character (OOC) and seeing things through walls is not in Roleplay and cannot be considered in Roleplay.[/b] [*][b]When carjacking you must advert before getting in/starting to lockpick.[/b] [*][b]Reckless driving will result in a staff sit.[/b] [*][b]Altering text screens in front of any government building is prohibited.[/b] [*][b]Use common sense.[/b] [/list] [b]Roleplay Rules[/b]  [list] [*][b]Follow all U.S. Laws.[/b] [*][b]You cannot break frozen props with a battering ram![/b] [*][b]You or anyone on your job cannot take more then 1 hostage at a time[/b] [*][b]Once you kidnap someone you or anyone on your job cannot kidnap another person for 15 minutes[/b] [*][b]Only 1 hostage situation can happen at a time[/b] [*][b]A Blood or a Crip leader can advert War on each other. (NLR Is still a thing)[/b] [list] [*][b]The Blood/Crip war means they kill each other on sight for 10 minutes[/b] [*][b]After the 10 minutes is up a leader of either side must wait and additional 20 minutes before the next war advert.[/b] [/list] [*][b]You may not own doors to a house you are not using.[/b] [*][b]Hitman can't bank raid.[/b] [*][b]Do not chain bind. Such as Raid/PD Raid/ Bank Raid.[/b] [*][b]You must be inside the bank in order to advert Bank Raid/Assist it[/b] [*][b]When PD raiding you must have a reason to RP the raid. (AKA no useless PD raids)[/b] [*][b]During PD Meetings, interrupting in any way, including major crimes such as; Bank Raid and Kidnappings, is against the rules.[/b] [*][b]You can counter raids but not bank raids.[/b] [*][b]You must be a criminal to murder. (AKA civs cant kill unless they are defending themselves).[/b] [*][b]Citizens cannot own guns other than a pistol as you are not a criminal.[/b] [*][b]When carjacking you must advert before getting in/starting to lockpick.[/b] [*][b]Being on top of any roof is FailRP. As this is prop climbing[/b] [*][b]You can "Assist" Raids, PD-Raids, Bank Raids, Kidnappings, and "terror".[/b] [list] [*][b]When doing so you need to advert "assist" in some form.[/b] [/list] [*][b]You CAN NOT raid a base that has a "Building text-screen" out front[/b] [*][b]After raiding any base you must wait 10 minutes before adverting again.[/b] [list] [*][b]If you want to raid the same base you must wait 20 minutes.[/b] [/list] [*][b]Do not LTAP to evade an RP situation. (Leaving To Avoid Punishment)[/b] [*][b]Do not use information gained outside of RP in RP. (MetaGame) Things such as OOC, Discord Chats, Wall glitches, etc....[/b] [*][b]Driving excessively reckless is considered FailRP and is punishable by an admin.[/b] [*][b]You can AFK bitcoin mine.[/b] [*][b]You cannot loiter at PD longer than 5 minutes (Unless a gov. official)[/b] [*][b]You may spawn a prop to use it as cover, as long as you can RP it.[/b] [*][b]You can NOT break N.L.R. ( The timer is 5 minutes after death)[/b] [list] [*][b]Government jobs are allowed if given permission by staff. (Due to lack of player on the jobs)[/b] [/list] [*][b]When PD-Raiding you must have a reason. (Ex. breaking someone out of jail)[/b] [*][b]Don't build in an active RP[/b] [*][b]Do not activate the bank Panic Button unless you are a Banker.[/b] [*][b]To reassure you must Advert major crimes including; Murder, terror, raid, carjack, Bank Raid, Counter, Steal, Pd-Raid, Kidnap, Mug, and warnings.[/b] [*][b]Kidnap has a 10 minute Cooldown per player. If you are on a custom job someone else on the job can kidnap[/b] [*][b]Mugs can only take up to 10k. Also you can only mug every 5 minutes[/b] [list] [*][b]If the person gives you the money you can't kill them without reason[/b] [/list] [*][b]When adverting a Warning it must include a countdown (1/2/3) meaning they have 3 seconds to obey or you can take action.[/b] [*][b]You cannot taze someone who has a weapon out or is shooting.[/b] [list] [*][b]Before tazing someone you must give some kind of warning giving you a reason to taze. (EX. telling someone to back up multiple times, and they don't obey so you proceed to taze them.[/b] [/list] [*][b]Smashing people with the tow truck is warn-able[/b] [*][b]Murder, Terror, Mug, Carjack, Steal and Assist adverts are out of Roleplay.[/b] [list] [*][b]Therefore you cannot take action until you have seen the crime.[/b] [/list] [*][b]FearRP applies to everyone but *TBA*[/b] [list] [*][b]An example would be if 3 cops had guns pointed on 1 criminal, the criminal would be under FearRP.[/b] [/list] [*][b]You cannot steal/take ( tow trucks ) the Government vehicles.[/b] [*][b]You cannot steal a moving car[/b] [*][b]Once battering rammed you cannot drive away.[/b] [*][b]When you tow a vehicle you must advert it and put a vehicle description in the advert.[/b] [*][b]When your vehicle is towed and you go to repossess it you must advert "repossess".[/b] [*][b]You can only kill someone who is shooting at the same Job/Faction.[/b] [list] [*][b]You cannot kill person because they shot someone in the same party as you.[/b] [/list] [*][b]When SWAT is in a Bearcat they do not have FearRP[/b] [*][b]You may only kidnap 1 person at a time! (1 person per group/party)[/b] [*][b]During a speech of the mayor you cannot commit ANY major crimes. Unless a prior agreement was made out of character[/b] [/list] [b]Government RP Rules[/b]  [list] [*][b]All guns are illegal. (Except pistols but can’t be out in public)[/b] [*][b]You cannot interrupt training.[/b] [*][b]Printers, Weed, Meth, and Bit-Mining are illegal.[/b] [*][b]Weed can be legalized by the mayor.[/b] [*][b]Cops cannot accept bribes.[/b] [*][b]Players wanted by the Gov. for shooting an Official(s) become KOS.[/b] [/list] [b]HoboRP[/b] [list] [*][b]It cannot build in a building or in the middle of the road.[/b] [*][b]Can NOT purchase guns or printers.[/b] [*][b]Can steal things laying out in the open.[/b] [*][b]Hobos can NOT raid.[/b] [/list] [b]MURDER/TERROR[/b] [list] [*][b]You can only advert Murder every 10 minutes.[/b] [list] [*][b]You cannot murder out in the open, you must RP the murder in a secluded area.[/b] [/list] [*][b]You can advert Terror every 20 minutes. (Only Taliban)[/b] [list] [*][b]If you terror you have to kill more than 1 person (unless you use the Jihad Bomb) otherwise you can be warned.[/b] [*][b]You can only terror if there isnt a major RP in the area, such as (not limited to) Arrest, Raids (of any kind), Tryouts, etc...[/b] [/list] [*][b]If you advert Murder, you must wait 5 minutes before adverting Terror. Same thing the other way around.[/b] [*][b]Global cooldown for terror is 5 mintues.[/b] [list] [*][b]So if someone else on the server adverts terror you must wait 5 minutes before you can.[/b] [/list] [/list] [b]Building Rules[/b] [list] [*][b]There has to be one VISIBLE entrance to your base.[/b] [*][b]You cannot build on the roof of any building.[/b] [*][b]You can prop block entrances AS LONG as there is an alternative entrance.[/b] [list] [*][b]Do not alter which entrance is blocked.[/b] [/list] [*][b]No crouch bases. (Meaning the entire base is a crouch walkthrough).[/b] [*][b]No blackout basses.[/b] [*][b]Maximum of 3 fading doors.[/b] [*][b]You must use a keypad to open fading doors. (No Binds)[/b] [*][b]No-Collide props are prohibited[/b] [*][b]No kill boxes allowed. (A box someone enters, and is shot, even if it has fading doors )[/b] [*][b]If you have Fading Doors as windows, they must stay open for 5 seconds at a time.[/b] [*][b]No fake keypads.[/b] [*][b]Keypads must be visible and reachable.[/b] [*][b]You can not build while being raided.[/b] [*][b]Do not double up Fading Doors[/b] [*][b]You must build/base within map buildings. (AKA do not build a base outdoors.)[/b] [list] [*][b]If you need to build on YOUR property to expand on a situation then you may. BUT an admin can declare what you build out of RP, therefore not necessary at all.[/b] [/list] [*][b]You cannot base in government buildings including the Bank. ( This also means do not make drugs or spawn in anything inside them)[/b] [*][b]No one way props.[/b] [*][b]You cannot mass base. Meaning you can only base in a singular room.[/b] [list] [*][b]If you have 5+ people in a party then you can claim a floor of a building.[/b] [*][b]This also means you cant claim an area/section of the map.[/b] [*][b]An Admin also has the ability to declare your base to big or over sized for your party count.[/b] [/list] [/list] [b]Martial Law[/b] [list] [*][b]Can be declared by PD/SWAT high command and can last up to 30 minutes.[/b] [*][b]Citizens must return to their homes[/b] [*][b]If people fail to obey martial law then they are AOS[/b] [*][b]IF someone (anyone) has a gun out and isn’t a Gov. job then they can be KOS[/b] [/list] [b]These rules were originally made by Adrian, and edited by Shark[/b]
